People always decide
The system suggests; staff decide. Overriding a recommendation is allowed, and the reason is recorded alongside the decision.
Accountable records
Assessments and scoring rules are versioned. Every placement and follow-up links back to the exact recommendation and versions that were used, and changes are kept in an audit history.
Privacy and access control
Each organization's data is kept separate. Staff roles control who can view, change or export information, and sensitive records are limited to the people who need them. Sign-ins use secure, expiring sessions.
Easy for everyone involved
The intake for advocates and follow-up forms work on a phone through a private link, with no account to create.
Your data stays yours
Reports and dashboards show outcomes, and authorized administrators can export records to CSV.
