- Compare with explanations. A rules-based review shows where needs align, where to be cautious, and what information is still missing.
- People decide. Staff make and document the final decision. Nothing is ever approved or denied automatically.
- Follow up. Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days show how each placement is going and feed back into better decisions.
