How it works

  2. Partner FastPass. A short, mobile-friendly intake captures what a housing, employment, or community partner can offer and expects.
  3. Match review. A side-by-side screen highlights alignment, cautions, missing information, and next steps.
  4. Staff decision. Staff make and document the final decision. The system never approves or denies.
  5. Outcomes. Placements and follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days link back to the exact recommendation and versions used.
